Castnet a is seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide strategic support and guidance to our digital agency customers. Job duties include:
Provide strategic planning, implementation and communication between internal team members and external clients.
Deliver exceptional experience to clients in order to build and foster long-lasting relationships.
Serve as client contact for day-to-day online marketing projects ensuring that projects are running efficiently and profitably.
Seek out and understand the customer’s business needs and effectively communicate the requirements to relevant internal and external teams (web development, marketing).
Manage workloads and respond to customers in a timely manner.
Provide strategic guidance, regular account coordination, effective analysis of online activity in order to prioritize initiatives and maximize revenue goals and growth.
Provide problem-solving recommendations, creative and collaborative brainstorm sessions and perform hands-on execution for the following areas as needed: Search engine optimization, Email marketing, Content marketing and social media, Website redesigns, Website and marketing analysis and analytics.
Work virtually from your home office until Covid restrictions are lifted, then 1 day per week when business returns to normal.
